Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

The ScreenStop product and services ("Service") are operated by Sudo Software Systems Ltd. (d/b/a ScreenStop) ("ScreenStop", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Signed Agreements Prevail

If you have entered into a separate written license or subscription agreement with Sudo Software Systems Ltd. (d/b/a ScreenStop) governing your use of the ScreenStop product, that signed agreement governs and prevails over these Terms to the extent of any conflict. These Terms otherwise apply to your use of this website and to any use of the product not covered by such a signed agreement, including evaluations and proofs of concept.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ScreenStop grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

4. Evaluations and Proofs of Concept

If ScreenStop makes the product available to you for evaluation, trial, or proof-of-concept purposes before a signed license agreement is executed, then for the evaluation period:

  • (a) ScreenStop grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the product solely for internal evaluation, on the devices and for the period agreed in writing;
  • (b) all intellectual property rights in the product remain solely with ScreenStop, and you shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, modify, create derivative works of, benchmark, or use the product to build a competing product;
  • (c) each party shall protect the other's confidential information;
  • (d) the product is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, and ScreenStop shall have no liability arising from the evaluation to the maximum extent permitted by law; and
  • (e) ScreenStop may terminate the evaluation at any time, after which you shall cease use and delete all copies.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems

6. Data Collection and Privacy

ScreenStop collects and processes data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ScreenStop and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SCREENSTOP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
